In the file you will find the the avatar package, and poiyomis shader.

Base Version:
1 - Create new project using the Creator Companion
2 - Import Poiyomis Shader
3 - Import the Avatar Package
4 - Open scene "Yuki V2 By Aspect" under the "Yuki V2o By Aspect" folder
5 - Everything should be ready to upload, Log in to your account through the VRCSDK and upload! Enjoy!

SPS Version:
1 - Create new project using the Creator Companion
2 - Import Poiyomis Shader
3 - Import VRCFury-installer
4 - Import Avatar Package
5 - Open scene "Yuki V2 By Aspect" under the "Yuki V2 By Aspect" folder
