In the file you will find the the avatar package, VRCSDK and poiyomis shader.
(use unity 2019.4.31)

1 - Import the VRCSDK

2 - Import Poiyomis Shader

3 - Import the Avatar package

4 - Open scene "Niomi By Aspect" under the "Niomi By Aspect" folder
